Week 1 of Antler founders residency finished this Friday. What a week!
An organized chaos, full of intense socializing with some amazing people (haven't been in such a social environment since Uni), good theoretical download, inspirational stories and fun team challenges. The energy that was in the office was absolutely buzzing. Fuelled by great ambitions, world changing missions and amazing first brainstorming sessions. I came home drained in every single day but in such a creative flow. Broke my routines by all means. I wanted to explore and this environment has provided more than I was ready for 😊.
It also offered me a great opportunity for self reflection, whenever I carved out time to hear my own thoughts. It helped me distil so much of the experiences I have been through by now and also has raised more questions on what would be next (ah and also had my first 2 ideas that sparked up my interest). The entrepreneurship road backed up by venture capitalists is a whole new world that I am discovering as we speak. Thanks Google for helping me decode so much specific lingo, the impostor syndrome is real.
While navigating within days from "Why am I even here" to "This idea is brilliant" and filling several notes of random thoughts there is one idea that I will take away: applying the crawl - walk - run strategy. In this particular context and in this new unfolding of life.
